Each individual may hold only one registered account on GG999. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension. All accounts must be registered using accurate, verifiable personal information.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be rolled over the specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. Game contribution rates and maximum bet limits apply.
All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on GG999 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Payments are processed through approved Malaysian channels including DuitNow, FPX, and major e-wallets.
Use of automated systems, bots, arbitrage strategies, or any manipulation of game outcomes or promotional terms is strictly prohibited. GG999 reserves the right to withhold winnings obtained through prohibited conduct.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. GG999 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your password.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and GG999 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the GG999 online gaming platform accessible at https://gg999.casa (the "Platform").
GG999 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform designed for and targeted at the adult Malaysian market. All services offered through the Platform are provided in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are accessible by eligible registered members only.
By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a promotion, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active Account on GG999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
GG999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time period may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance pending verification.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account termination.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, and at such other times as GG999 deems necessary, you will be required to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This typically requires submission of:
GG999 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable notice period may have withdrawals suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. GG999 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify GG999 support immediately by contacting us via the channels listed in Section 15.
GG999 accepts deposits via the following approved Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank), and selected cryptocurrency channels (BTC, USDT). All deposits must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. GG999 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which GG999 accepts no responsibility.
In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations, GG999 requires that all deposits originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned to the source. GG999 may report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities as required by law.
Important: Deposited funds may not be used to make transfers to other players or to withdraw without any gaming activity. All deposits are expected to be used for participation in the gaming and betting services offered on the Platform.
To request a withdrawal, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have met all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds; (c) not be in breach of any provision of these Terms; and (d) not have any pending investigations on your Account.
GG999 targets the following processing timeframes, subject to the completion of all required checks:
These timeframes are targets and not guarantees. GG999 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing schedules, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment method and Account tier. Players are advised to consult their Account dashboard or contact support for current applicable limits. GG999 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple tranches.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically feasible. GG999 may request verification of the withdrawal destination method as part of its anti-fraud and AML procedures.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits ("Bonuses") offered by GG999 are subject to these General Bonus Terms and the specific terms of each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated bonus validity period, after which unmet bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited without compensation.
While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum bet cap applies per round or per selection. The applicable cap for each promotion is stated in its individual terms but will generally not exceed MYR 250–500 per bet unless a higher limit is expressly stated. Bets placed in excess of this cap during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The general contribution rates are as follows, though individual promotions may specify different rates:
GG999 actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner not consistent with legitimate recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, GG999 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds, cancel pending withdrawals pending review, and permanently terminate the relevant Account(s).
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the GG999 Platform. Engaging in any of the acts below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:
GG999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial intelligence units. Suspicious activity, including patterns consistent with money laundering or fraud, will be reported to the relevant Malaysian and international authorities without prior notice to the Account holder.
All content available on the Platform — including but not limited to the GG999 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and compiled databases — is the intellectual property of GG999 or its licensed game suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, redistribute, reproduce, publish, sublicense, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of GG999.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GG999 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
In no event shall GG999's total liability to you in respect of any single claim exceed the value of funds held in your Account at the time the relevant issue arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
GG999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including: confirmed breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; or where continued operation of the Account would place GG999 in breach of applicable laws or regulatory requirements.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting GG999 support. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, we will process the closure and return any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to your designated payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon closure of an Account for any reason, all associated Bonus Funds and unmet wagering-related winnings are forfeited. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force, including Sections 8, 9, 10, and 13.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with GG999 support shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
GG999's decision on all disputes relating to game outcomes, technical matters, or the interpretation of these Terms shall be final and binding, provided that such decisions are made in good faith and based on accurate records maintained by the Platform. GG999 maintains detailed transaction and game-round logs which shall constitute the authoritative record in the event of any dispute.
Nothing in this section shall limit your statutory consumer rights to the extent that they cannot be excluded or limited by contract under applicable Malaysian law.
GG999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
